About me
In 2013, I moved from Australia to Berlin to study and pursue my interest in languages. In 2016, my career as a translator began at a software company. Since then, I have translated, edited, proofread and corrected millions of words.
Technical and marketing translations are my specialisations and I have worked for a range of clients in the IT, industrial manufacturing, automotive, retail and mobility sectors. Additional services I provide include the proofreading and editing of academic and marketing texts in English, as well as content and software localisation for different English variants.
In January 2025, I passed the Diploma of Translation exam in the fields of general, technical and social science translation. In addition to this qualification, I also have a master’s degree in linguistics from the Freie Universität Berlin, where I studied French and Spanish.

In 2025, I obtained the Diploma in Translation from CIOL after passing the exam. I translated a general text, a technical text and a social sciences text from German into English.

During my studies, I solidified my German skills, studied French and Spanish and spent a semester studying translation at the Universitat de València.
